Having worked for Rolex UK as a Watch Technician for over 24 years, the global Covid pandemic gave me the opportunity for a career change. I decided to set up my own business and in 2021 KPW Window Cleaning was founded. We are a fully insured, friendly, family run business. We are trustworthy, very reliable and pride ourselves in the quality of our work, providing high attention to detail and giving a professional service every time. We will continue to expand our business offering more services to fulfil our customer’s needs.
We purchase ultra-pure water from ‘Spotless Water’ to clean your windows. Spotless Water pride themselves in providing the best ultra-pure water you can find on the market. Pure water is measured by Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and ours is always 0 TDS. Every container is tested by us to ensure it is 0 TDS every time. This strengthens our position to offer the very best service to our customers. Our purified water has gone through a process of reverse osmosis to remove any impurities such as calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium. As the water makes contact with the glass, it attracts dust like a magnet and does not leave soap residue. No chemicals are used which means we are environmentally friendly too. As a result, your windows will stay cleaner for longer. The glass will dry naturally leaving a streak free finish. If windows are particularly dirty before their first clean, it may take a couple of cleans before all the dirt is removed. Ultra-pure water is the perfect choice for cleaning.
We use a water fed pole system and are able to reach a height of up to 30 feet (up to three stories high) which is great for those hard to reach places such as loft extensions, skylights and solar panels. This means we do not have to use ladders which guarantees your privacy. We are also able to offer window cleaning using the traditional method using a squeegee and microfiber sleeve. We rinse our brushes after every clean to ensure your sills and frames are not scratched with dirt and grit from the previous property. All windows, frames, sills and external doors are included in our standard price. Washing of guttering, soffits, fascias, conservatories, log cabins and solar panels are available on request.
We text all of our customers the night before so you always know when we will be attending your property. We are flexible and can book your clean on a day and time that works for you.
We also offer a gutter vacuuming service. Reaching a height of up to 40 feet we are able to unblock and clear debris from your gutters and downpipes to keep them free-flowing. We use the latest technology with a recordable camera that enables us to view live images.
We work all year round as it is important to maintain your property throughout the year. This will keep your frames and sills clean and bright and will prevent them from going dull and discoloured.
We cover most areas within a ten mile radius of Bexleyheath in Kent including: Abbey Wood, Barnehurst, Belvedere, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Bickley, Chislehurst, Crayford, Dartford, Ebbsfleet, Eltham, Erith, Gravesend, Greenhithe, Longfield, Orpington, Plumstead, Sidcup, Sutton-At-Hone and Welling.
We accept payment by cash or we will give you a payment card with bank details for an electronic bank transfer, whichever method is easiest for you.
